Excellent reputation coming into TLA, but doesn’t yet always deliver for you.
Petra is married and has two kids.
Her age may be a barrier to her socializing with her peers who happen to be a lot younger than her.
DFI is her first TLA gig.

Disposition

Is quiet and reserved.
She is very focused and often asks, “Why?”
Tends to default to a response of “That won’t work.”
She has a strong analytical mode. Is reserved and quiet. But, she is very persistent when she can’t figure something out.
Hard worker.
Under stress she tends to overanalyze and tear ideas down.
Her co-workers like and respect her, but can be intimidated by her.

Work

She is very organized, but tends to be late with delivery.
The late deliveries are attributed to a desire for perfection, rather than shoddy work or laziness.
