Feedback Status

Giving feedback is a necessary function of a manager, but there are some inherent problems with it. Below is a podcast essay I made containing some of my personal views on the subject. My views are neither the majority view or representative of the current management literature. But, I think it is worth having a discussion. So, listen to the podcast. It is only six minutes.
