TASK ONE: THE FINANCIAL ANALSIS

(Please note, the video is a generic video produced for another purpose-- use it as a conceptual framework-- will produce a specific one for you if we move forward.) Upload a video with your analysis of the GOBSTER strategy and how it will impact your approach to them. Use the information in the BACKGROUND STORY to better understand their position.

TASK TWO: GOBSTER STRATEGY ANALYSIS

Watch the profile videos in the BACKGROUND STORY. Review the DiSC Content in the LIBRARY and use any other experience you have from your life as a sales person. Provide an analysis of Lorelai and Ted. Who are these people? Upload a video answering the following questions:

  1. What is their DiSC profile based on your quick analysis? How should you approach them?
  2. What are their individual drivers (motives) based on what little you know so far? 
  3. What questions do you need to ask them or information you need to gather to validate those assumptions?
  4. What concerns do you have about them?
