Submit your Trial Run set of decisions using the DECIDE Support System (DSS) Package before 5:00 pm PST on Sunday, February 17th.

Below we present you with a sample run of the game. It consisted of four teams that made a diverse set of decisions. Your task is to answer the five questions presented and submit them to us via email. Below is the ADMIN report from this run. This is the quick summary that the facilitators see each period. You will never see this report during the actual run of the game. So don’t plan on it. It is helpful however in seeing sensitivity of decision variables and understanding the root cause of results observed. Answer these five questions. We will review the answers with you during the live session.

What three key financial measures help explain why Team 4 is in “First Place?”
Why did Team 1 end up with such a large negative earnings?
Teams 2 and 3 both spent $150,000 in Process R &D, Team 2 ended up with 9% waste for both RM’s and Team 3 stayed at 10%. Why?
