Some time this week when you make a mistake or feel foolish (e.g. you trip, drop something, ask a question you’re embarrassed to ask, try something new and fail at it...) do this:
Raise your hands above your head and say, “Ta da! Thank you, thank you very much!” That’s right. Take a big circus bow. Then share using the comment section below:
- How did that feel?
- How did other people reach?
- What effect do you think doing that will have on your willingness to take a risk the next time? Other people’s?
