Café Sample: A Jolt

The following is a jolt we like to use in our live and virtual trainings. As a Café activity, we ask participants to watch the following video and answer the questions below in the comments section. After enough participants have done so, we add our own perspective as an asynchronous debrief. Here is the video and questions we used for a management course.
