Module V Deliverables

You have three overarching tasks to complete in Module V:

PREPARE

1. Identify a different position you would like to practice interviewing for with the instructor.
2. Complete and send the instructor a Job Profile and a KSAC list.
3. Complete and send the instructor a set of assessment statements/questions.
4. Schedule a SKYPE or FaceTime meeting with the instructor to role play your interview.

CONDUCT

1. Send the instructor a brief outline of your objectives for the interview.
   1. What do you specifically want to practice?
   2. What challenges you most conducting interviews?
   3. Is there a particular type of candidate you would like the instructor to play?
2. Meet with the instructor and role play your interview.

FOLLOW-UP

1. Send the instructor your evaluation of the simulated candidate.
