General Principles

Some General Principles

 

1. Make sure all library items are related to the test items on assessment center. Also related to the playground and café items.

2. Categorize library items into essential (or required) and optional.

3. Use items that are already available. Get copyright clearance. Curate, annotate, edit, and adapt the content to suit your needs.

4. Don’t limit yourself to print and text. Include videos, podcasts, audio, screen shots, diagrams.

5. Even among text materials, use charts, job aids, checklists, infograms, articles, case studies, and other such stuff.

6. Include Assessment Center test responses as library items. Include a variety of these responses.
