Module III Deliverables

You have several deliverables for Module III:

  1. Complete the Café activities in this module.
  2. Continue using the position you started working on in Modules I and II.
  3. Find a partner at work or at home. Ask this person to pretend to be a candidate interviewing with you for a very important job. Inform him/her that you would like to practice conducting the interview. Ask that he/she just acts normally and tries to engage as comfortably as possible. Tell this person that is the questions require technical responses, he/she can simply respond with, "Blah, blah, blah."
  4. Repeat this process two more times with two other people. Remember practice requires repetition.
  5. Ask these folks for feedback. How did they feel? Did you do anything that made them feel uncomfortable? What did you do to make them feel comfortable? Any suggestions? Anything else?
  6. Send the instructor a summary report of your experience.
