Module II Deliverables

You have four deliverables to complete for Module II:

1. Complete the CAFÉ activity in this module.
2. Based on the template and the samples in the LIBRARY, create a job profile for the role you identified in Module I as your target position.
3. Now referencing what you put in that profile, construct a comprehensive list of knowledge, skills, abilities, and characteristics. Identify minimally three in each category and no more than ten in each category. Be sure to rate each item A, B, or C.
4. For all the "As," construct an assessment. Please submit at least three assessment statements/questions for each category.
