Petra’s Career Conversation

Take a few minutes and review Petra's profile. Review the Trust and Goal Setting Job Aids. Petra is really struggling in developing connections with others on the team, and more importantly for her career, with others at TLA.

Task One

Upload a video preparing to have a career conversation with Petra. This is your first one with her, given she is relatively new in her role. Ideally, you would like to coach her on developing a better network and better relationships.

Task Two: Intro

Upload an intro to your conversation with Petra.

Task Three: Asking Questions

You open with a few general questions about her current project status, etc. Then you ask her about her career goals. Here is her response:

Upload your response to that. Include at least five follow up questions you would like to ask her either as further clarification or taking an alternative direction.
