Overview

Anand is worried about the feature set and schedule for the Product. Kay is giving him feedback implying the feature set is not complete or even working. Anand has talked with you about his concerns, but now he is going directly to Mary and distracting her, as well as making her nervous. You need to tell him to back off. You also need him to know you understand the feedback and concerns, but that you want him to let you handle it.

Task One

Review your efforts for Mission Two. They are pertinent to this managing up conversation. Review Kay's profile.

You approach Anand about Mary. All you get out is "I want to talk with you about Mary..." Here's his interrupting response...

Upload a video responding to Anand. After your response explain your emotional reaction to his outburst. How would you handle this kind of reaction in real life. Do you have an Anand in real life that you have to deal with either currently or in your past?
