The Room Set-Up
- Have a conference room or an office prepared. It should be a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.
- There should be no phones (especially mobiles!).
- Have any of your skill/ ability evaluations prepared and ready to roll.
- Have your notebook and questions set up in the room.
- A good interview should take an hour. And it should be pointed out that in an hour, it is still impossible to ever really get to know anyone.
