Overview

There are Four Tasks in Mission Two that cover P & D of PDF. Here's the scenario.

Mary is struggling with how to deal with conflicting direction she is receiving from Anand, your boss. He keeps contacting her directly and gives her orders that sometimes re-direct her away from the goals you two have worked out. He is difficult for her to handle.

Task One

Watch Mary's Profile video again. You may want to watch Anand's profile video, as well, since he mentions Mary. Then complete the following:

Using the Four Prepare questions, upload a response video outlining your answers.
Add anything else you may want to as you prepare to approach Mary-- consider your analysis from both a Motivation and Trust perspective. Integrate SPARK and the Motivation Library content if appropriate.
Finally, end your video (or, feel free to submit separately) with the INTRO part of DISCUSS for this conversation you will have with Mary. Fake the building rapport part-- focus on the other parts of INTRO.

Task Two

After your INTRO with Mary, you ask her how things are going with Anand. Here is her answer.

After a couple of gentle pushes, Mary tells you what happened.

Also, include your ideas for the Game Plan (this part can just be a presentation of your ideas, not a role play).

Task Four

Simply upload a close. Pause and look interested when Mary is supposed to talk.
