MODULE I: INTERVIEWS- WHY, WHAT, AND HOW

The introductory module has several key objectives. They include:

• Provide the business case for interviewing well
• Explain how interviews fit into the general hiring process of your organization
• List and briefly explain the five phases of an interview
• (FOLD INTO FRAMEWORK) Define the two types of interviewing methods used in this program
