To your left is a chart highlighting our interview process. Don’t worry too much about remembering everything here. We will definitely go into more depth in Module III .

However, for your deliverables in this module, you will complete a needs analysis where we can determine your current understanding of interviewing. We will ask you to listen to an abbreviated interview and evaluate it according to this table (Click here for the table). No need to study these diagrams in depth, yet, but use them and follow them as you listen to that interview in the CAFÉ. Note that in the table, there are point values associated with each behavior. We will use these later as you practice conducting interviews. You can ignore them now.
