MODULE 3: Balanced Planning & Your Strategy

Now the fun really, really begins. In this module, you will:

• Begin to develop your Agile Plan for use in DECIDE
• Understand how to create a balanced plan that doesn't just rely on stakeholder or financial objectives
• Submit the first round of decisions starting the actual play of the game
• Apply some of the lessons learned from the Trial Run
