Module 9: Looking Back and Foreward

In this module you will look at your forecasting error and accuracy. You will:

  • Look back over 6 periods, using Expost in the DSS and review the Variance Analysis Reports to analyze your forecast accuracy period by period
  • Answer Take It Or Leave It
  • Link your overall performance to forecast accuracy, or inaccuracy
  • Then look forward and forecast key measures for the 7th period
  • Submit your Period 7 decisions
