MODULE 2: Understanding the Game

The fun really begins. Teams form and acclimate to the simulation. You will:

  • Identify the different strategies used in DECIDE
  • Understand how the simulation stresses a cross-functional, systems approach
  • Learn and effectively use the DECIDE Support System (DSS)
  • Submit a Trial Run of decisions with your new team
  • Review each of the output reports

Please note the little arrows at the top right of each section. For example, right above the graphic for THE TRIAL RUN is an arrow. Click on it to access the rest of the library section.
